Wild Creative Women
Creative Healing in Community
“In many shamanic societies, if you came to a medicine person complaining of being disheartened, dispirited, or depressed, they would ask one of four questions:
When did you stop dancing? When did you stop singing? When did you stop being enchanted by stories?
When did you stop finding comfort in the sweet territory of silence?"
-Gabrielle Roth
Having been a psychologist myself for many years, I discovered that while therapy can take away some of your "woes", it can't make you happy, per se. Mind can't, Mind to Mind connections have limited power.
But surrendering to Spirit through Creativity can!
So now I dance. I sing. I make ceramics, paint...meditate & pray. That's how I remember my soul, stay Spirit-ed and heart-full:
so I invite other women to join me!
that simple.
